Narbis · privacy controls

Your data choices should be clear.

This notice explains the website technologies Narbis currently uses, what stays off until you choose it, and how to change your decision at any time.

Updated September 9, 2026

At a glance

Google Analytics is off until you consent. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from reading pages, using navigation, contacting Narbis, or visiting the store.

Narbis uses necessary storage to remember your privacy choice. Optional Analytics helps us understand which pages are useful and where the website can be improved. The rebuilt site does not load the former Universal Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Mixpanel, PostHog, Mailchimp pop-up, or Facebook tracking snippets.

Use the Privacy settings control at the bottom of any page to change your choice. Withdrawing Analytics removes accessible Narbis-domain analytics cookies and reloads the page without the Google tag.

Google Analytics

After Analytics consent, Narbis loads Google Analytics 4 using measurement ID G-8DMT9YGC22. Google Analytics may process page URLs and titles, approximate location derived from network information, browser and device characteristics, referrer information, and interactions such as page views and outbound-link use. Narbis disables Google advertising signals and advertising personalization in this implementation.

Google may process information on infrastructure outside your country. For details about Google's handling of Analytics data, see Google's Privacy Policy.

Information handled

Necessary preference data

The `narbis_consent` preference records the notice version, whether Analytics and Marketing are enabled, and the date the choice was updated. It is stored in a first-party cookie and local storage so the site can apply the same choice on later pages.

Analytics data

If enabled, Analytics identifiers such as `_ga` and `_ga_8DMT9YGC22` may be written on the Narbis domain. Narbis uses Analytics to evaluate website performance, content usefulness, and navigation—not to provide medical diagnoses or make decisions about individual visitors.

Storage and retention

The Narbis privacy preference expires after approximately six months, after which the site asks again. Analytics cookies use the duration assigned by Google Analytics and may be refreshed during later visits with consent. Narbis retains analytics information only as reasonably needed for website measurement, security, troubleshooting, and business records, subject to configured Google Analytics retention controls.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal. Browser controls can also block or delete cookies, although deleting the Narbis preference will cause the banner to appear again.

This website is not directed to collecting personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the website, contact Narbis so the request can be reviewed.
